So far this has been everything I wanted- it's sturdy, no wobbles whatsoever, and the adjustment holes are spaced perfectly for me. My only "complaint" is that the pull up bar is a bit skinny and hurts my hands, but that's a purely personal thing- it still works fine. I highly recommend getting this squat stand- you won't be disappointed.

I am absolutely LOVING my Alpha 1000!! I have a small space, it's a big decision to add anything. I though that being able to do pull ups in my home safely, though, would be amazing. I asked several questions through e-mail and phone, I was taken care of with detailed answers. Once I purchased, my rack arrived in 3 days- very well packed! Literally took my husband and I 34 minutes from opening the box to doing a pull up! Surprisingly, I can even use my TRX system for quite a few moves. I am blown away by the quality, sturdiness, and excellent customer care. HIGHLY recommend- it will change your workout world!!!
