I don’t know what you’d do to make this cage better. I love it. I just bought an extra set of J-cups as I’m constantly having to take the barbell down and move them. It makes it a lot more convenient if there’s an extra set you can have in place for your next exercise.

I just set up my first garage gym, and the Alpha 3000 is the centerpiece. I’m pleased with my purchase so far (2nd week), being able to unleash the beast out anytime I want is a big psychological boost. I have a feeling that I’m gonna need a new wardrobe soon. Cheers to getting YOKED

I researched racks for almost two months before ordering the Alpha 3000 and I could not be happy with my choice. The build quality is excellent and there is plenty of room inside the frame for every lift I have tried, including good mornings, which is not always the case. The packaging was excellent and assembly was straight forward. It may seem like a simple thing, but I appreciated that when I received the shipping notice the product was already on the way. Shipping could not have been much faster. I added two bar holders and the band rack. The add-ons are well built and installed in minutes. The only feature I wish the rack had is a way to attach band pegs to the bottom. I could alter the rack but would prefer not to do that so I will find a workaround.

Purchased the cage and the bench, and am happy with both. Its not super high end competition quality equipment, but for the price its really the best build quality and finish that you can find. This stuff is great for home gyms. I am very happy with the purchase, I will be buying more stuff for my home gym from them. There shipping was fast and accurate, and the assembly straight forward.
