So far I am very impressed: I am a few weeks from being 68 years old and have lifted weights (on and off) most of my life. Due to moving, I have fallen behind on my exercise program and was hoping this set up would help get me back on track. So far, it's working well and generally meets my expectations. First of all the packaging was excellent. Having worked in the shipping business in the past, I can speak with some authority that all packages go through a rough trip to get to their destination and some suffer outright abuse. This system was packed tight as a drum with lots of padding. A little hard to unpack, but worth it. Assembly was reasonably easy. The manual is good, but would have preferred a bit larger font for my older eyes. I put it together by myself, but recommend that two people do it together, if at all possible. All the parts were machined properly and thus went together without any problem, however I was shorted two washers - not a big deal, but I like symmetry, i.e. washers that match, but I ended up using a couple from my private stock (silver instead of black) - not a big deal. You will need a good ratchet set to do the installation. Unless I made a mistake in my ordering, I thought I ordered the blue not the orange. The one I received was orange. Again, not a huge deal, and I am sure not going to cause a hassle for either me or the Grind to correct it at this point. Now to the unit it self. It is very solid. I feel safe using the equipment. I have a 600lb Olympic weight set with two Olympic bars. It holds everything perfectly. I never do bench presses, especially with heavier weight, without a spot bar - the spot bar on this unit is perfect for what I need. It can also be adjusted to spot for squats as well. The unit is big enough to be safe and solid, but compact enough to not take up to much space - a good balance. The only thing I would recommend to Grind Fitness is that they include and extra set of J-Cup's for squats, or at least list it as a option with the original purchase. I assume most people buying this unit probably do squats and bench presses. I purchased an extra set separately. I highly recommend this unit - you will not be disappointed.

Delivery was very prompt. The directions to construct were well written. The Half Rack was quick and easy to assemble and it looks and feels like a Half Rack you would find in a professional gym. Just amazing that in 2024 you can still find a reputable company putting out Quality Products at very competitive pricing. I am not one to typically put out reviews or answer surveys, but I am so pleased with the product that I thought it was the right thing to do. Great product, I could not be happier.

First time using this rack. Pretty easy to install. I used my weights on pegs to keep it anchored to the floor and it does not move at all. Very strong structure I’m 6’0 230lb and it holds still with no shaking.

United StatesCan’t believe the quality of this rack
First of all I can’t believe the quality of this rack compared to other competitors (rogue, titan). It took about an hour to assemble from start to finish. The instructions were so easy and we couldn’t believe how sturdy it turned out. For this price you truly can’t find another rack like it. It looks so sleek in our space!
