I got a 160lb bundle in my Alpha3k purchase and these weight feel good and don't move around as much as the cast ones do. Very durable and quiet. The downside is boy do they off-gas and stink up my gym. I highly recommend taking them outside in the sun for a bit and wash them down with a soap and vinegar solution.
