I purchased this item to help me with my smith machine shoulder squats. I have really bad knees and I needed something to assist my squats. This padded plyo box fits the bill perfectly. The construction of the box is top notch and exceeded my expectations. I made a very good choice in making this purchase. I had purchased one of the boxes similar to this one from Titan Fitness and their box ended up costing more money and has no padding materials. I have set that box aside and now use this one all the time. Thanks, Grind, for being a great provider of fitness equipment and offering a cheaper alternative to the little guys out there that need well-constructed equipment for our home gyms.
