I am absolutely LOVING my Alpha 1000!! I have a small space, it's a big decision to add anything. I though that being able to do pull ups in my home safely, though, would be amazing. I asked several questions through e-mail and phone, I was taken care of with detailed answers. Once I purchased, my rack arrived in 3 days- very well packed! Literally took my husband and I 34 minutes from opening the box to doing a pull up! Surprisingly, I can even use my TRX system for quite a few moves. I am blown away by the quality, sturdiness, and excellent customer care. HIGHLY recommend- it will change your workout world!!!

Quick and easy set up for one person but two would help for the pull-up bar. Add GRIND's Alpha1000 Spotter Arms for maximizing your workout and taking weight training to complete failure. An additional Alpha1000 Bar Storage is helpful to store an Olympic EZ curl bar. The rack has enough space to hold my Fitness Gear 300 Ib. Olympic Weight Set and Fitness Gear Olympic Curl Bar. The barbell and EZ bar fits perfectly in the Alpha1000 Bar Storage. Currently waiting for the additional bar storage to come in. Only downside I have found so far attempting to attach my SERTT Cable Pulley System. The easiest attachment method is the one seen in the picture but I have been able to figure out some creative ways to attach the pulleys other ways. For the majority of those looking to create a home gym, this will be more then enough.
